This Refund & Returns Policy applies to products purchased from the Peace Health Clinic online shop (Peace Health Clinic Pty Ltd, ABN 38 684 621 252). Please read it together with our Terms & Conditions.
Your rights under the Australian Consumer Law
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL). For a major failure you are entitled to a replacement or refund, and to compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have goods repaired or replaced if they fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure. Nothing in this policy limits your rights under the ACL.
Faulty, damaged or incorrect items
If an item arrives faulty, damaged or is not what you ordered, contact us within 14 days of delivery at info@peacehealthclinic.com.au or 0404 586 201 with your order number and photos where relevant. We will arrange a repair, replacement or refund as appropriate and cover reasonable return postage for faulty items.
Change of mind
We offer a change-of-mind return within 14 days of delivery, provided the item is unused, unopened and in its original, resalable packaging. Return postage for change-of-mind returns is at your own cost, and we recommend a tracked service. Once we receive and inspect the item, we process your refund (excluding original shipping) to your original payment method.
Health & hygiene exclusions
For health and hygiene reasons, the following cannot be returned for change of mind once opened or used (this does not affect your rights if an item is faulty):
- Skincare and sun-protection products (e.g. SPF and lip products) that have been opened or used;
- Any personal-use device where hygiene seals have been broken.
How to request a return
- Email info@peacehealthclinic.com.au with your order number and reason for return.
- We’ll confirm eligibility and provide return instructions.
- Send the item back (for change of mind, at your cost) with proof of purchase.
- Once received and inspected, eligible refunds are processed within 5–10 business days to your original payment method.
Non-returnable items
Gift cards and any clearly marked final-sale items are not eligible for change-of-mind returns.
