These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the Peace Health Clinic online shop and any purchase of products from it. The shop is operated by Peace Health Clinic Pty Ltd (ABN 38 684 621 252), 262 Rode Road, Wavell Heights QLD 4012 (“we”, “us”, “our”). By placing an order you agree to these terms.
1. Products
The products sold in our shop are retail cosmetic, skincare and wellness products and devices. Product descriptions are provided for general information only, are not medical advice, diagnosis or treatment, and are not a substitute for consultation with a qualified health professional. We make reasonable efforts to display products and information accurately but do not warrant that descriptions or images are error-free.
2. Pricing and GST
All prices are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST where applicable. Prices are current at the time of display and may change without notice. Shipping is calculated at checkout.
3. Orders
Your order is an offer to purchase. We may accept or decline any order at our discretion, including where a product is unavailable, there is an error in pricing or description, or we suspect fraudulent activity. A contract is formed only when we confirm dispatch of your order.
4. Payment
Payment is processed securely through our payment provider at checkout. We do not store your full card details. You warrant that you are authorised to use the payment method provided.
5. Shipping and delivery
We ship in accordance with the options shown at checkout. Delivery timeframes are estimates only and risk in the goods passes to you on delivery. International orders may be subject to import duties or taxes payable by you.
6. Returns and refunds
Returns and refunds are handled in accordance with our Refund & Returns Policy, which forms part of these terms.
7. Consumer guarantees
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any consumer guarantee, right or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded.
8. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, and subject to your rights under the Australian Consumer Law, our liability for any claim arising from the sale of products is limited to the re-supply of the products or the cost of re-supply. We are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss.
9. Intellectual property
All content on this website, including text, images, logos and designs, is owned by or licensed to Peace Health Clinic Pty Ltd and may not be reproduced without permission.
10. Privacy
We handle your personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia, and you submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that State.
